Ø  ATEC – Australian Tourism Export Council

Ø  BECA – Business Events Council of Australia

    Protocol:
  • Marketing Group (or Board of Directors) develop and agree to Projects
  • Project plans are to be developed with KPIs, budget and critical path
  • Board of Directors ratifies (or rejects) Projects
  • Various Committees manage Projects at all times keeping AACB Executive office informed of outcomes so as to address matters of Governance
  • The Executive manages Strategic matters, reporting to the Board
  • Marketing Group, Board and Committees work with alliances such as BEA, Austrade,  CEDA and ATEC
  • Board of Directors address the matter of rotation, succession and backups of Committee Heads & Representatives
